Basic Pilates

Our Pilates classes are a body conditioning system that helps to build flexibility while improving strength, coordination and endurance in the legs, core, arms and back. With controlled, concentrated movements, Pilates works the body from the inside out, without building bulk or stressing the joints. Focusing on core strength and flexibility.
